The Appliance described opposite, is guaranteed by us to be free from defects in material
and workmanship and in good running condition for normal domestic use.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

This Guarantee covers Hoover products distributed by Heald Trading Company s.a.l.

1.1-       This Guarantee is limited and replaces any other assumed or implied Guarantee, and is given to the

original buyer in the country of purchase.

1.2-        Repairs should only be conducted by Heald Trading Company Service Center or one of its appointed

repair centers.

1.3-        The Guarantee covers the replacement or repair, at our option, of any part which proves to be

defective in workmanship or material. Its validation applies as follows:

1 full year Guarantee: On all Hoover Appliances.

10 Full years Guarantee: On Hoover Refrigerators Inverter Compressors, & Hoover Washers Inverter Motor.

1.4-       The service center is entitled to keep any defective part exchanged under the terms of this

Guarantee.

1.5-        Any change in the address of the buyer should be notified to Heald Trading Company, to insure the

continuity of the Guarantee.

1.6-       The buyer will have to pay for the service Engineer visit to the site.

1.7-       The installation and any additional accessory will be charged to the Buyer.

1.8-        The transportation cost to and from the service center is not covered by the terms of this Guarantee.

This Guarantee is null and void in the following conditions:

2.1-       If the Certificate of Guarantee is not properly completed and returned to Heald Trading Company for

registration.

2.2-       If the Certificate of Guarantee is not presented at the time of the repair.

2.3-       If the product was not purchased from heald trading Company or one of its Appointed Dealers.

2.4-       Conditions resulting from (A) improper installation, or (B) fluctuations in the electric current.

2.5-       Conditions resulting from (A) misuse, abuse, non-domestic utilization, (B) or        cause of external

origins such as fire, humidity, lightning…

2.6-       Conditions resulting from improper installation / maintenance, or if the appliance has been

tampered with by non-authorized technicians or servicemen.

2.7-       Normal wearing down of the external body of the unit, and consumable parts such as ice trays,

shelves, remote control unit, cabinet, plastic part, electric bulbs, switch, buttons, belts, bags …

2.8-       If the original serial number have been changed or removed or altered in any manner.

2.9-       For Service calls not involving defects in materials or workmanship, the buyer shall pay the normal

call rate.

2.10-   Travel costs of technicians and transport costs of appliances to be repaired, after expiry of the full
Guarantee.

This Guarantee is the only written or express Guarantee given Heald Trading Company. Heald Trading Company shall not be liable for commercial
consequential damages such as property damages and incidental expenses resulting from a breach of the written Guarantee.

:هذه الكفالة تشمل جميع اصناف هوفر الموزعة من شركة هيلد وشركاه للتجارة ش م ل

-1.1يقوم هذا الضمان مقام كافة الضمانات الضمنية وهو سار من تاريخ البيع للمشتري االول في البلد الذي تم فيه البيع.
-1.2تتم عمليات االصالح من خالل مراكز شركة هيلد وشركاه للتجارة ش م ل أو احد مراكز الخدمة المعتمدة لديها.
-1.3يشمل الضمان التصليح او االستبدال المجاني حسب ما تراه الشركة مناسبا ألي قطعة يتضح ان بها عيب في الصنع

:اوالجوهر عند استعمال الجهاز بالشكل المألوف والمعد له ,و ذلك على النحو التالي
كفالة سنة شاملة :كافة منتجات هوفر.

كفالة عشرة سنوات :على الضاغط العاكس لثالجة هوفر والمحرك العاكس لغسالة هوفر.
-1.4يحق للشركة او مركز الخدمة االحتفاظ بأي جزء أو مكون يتم استبدالها خالل فترة الضمان.

على المشتري اعالم  الشركة بأي تغيير في العنوان الستمرار الضمان. -1.5

-1.6يكون على العميل دفع تكاليف زيارة الفني الخاصة بالفحص كما هو سار.
1.7ال يغطي الضمان عرض / تركيب المنتج الذي تم شراؤه كما ال يشمل الملحقات الخارجية للنظام.

-1.8ال يغطي الضمان تكاليف نقل الجهاز من و الى مركز الخدمة.
:يعتبر هذا الضمان غير ساري في أي من الحاالت التالية

-2.1لم يتم اكمال بطاقة الضمان و ارسالها الى الشركة من قبل المشتري في فترة ال تتجاوز الشهر من تاريخ الشراء ليتم
تسجيلها.

-2.2لم يتم تقديم بطاقة الضمان المستوفية البيانات لموظفي الشركة او مراكز الخدمة المعتمدة لديها في وقت االصالح.
لم يتم شراء المنتج من موزع معتمد لدى شركة هيلد وشركاه للتجارة ش م ل                                          -2.3

 -2.4عطل ناتج عن:( ا )اأخطاء. في التركيب( ب )عطل ناتج عن عدم انتظام التيار الكهربائي
-2.5عطل ناتج عن:( أ )سوء االستعمال، االفراط باستعمال  الجهاز الغراض تجارية ، االهمال أو الكسر من قبل

…المستهلك(.ب )أي قوة خارجية قاهرة :كالحريق، الرطوبة الزائدة الصواعق

-2.6خطأ في التركيب أوعطل ناتج من التعديل، العبث أو التصليح من قبل أي شخص غير الفنيين المعتمدين لدى
الشركة.

االستهالك الطبيعي لالجهزة كالهيكل الخارجي ,جهاز تحكم المفاتيح، مكعبات الثلج والرفوف ,مصابيح النور -2.7

وعلى القطع واللوازم القابلة للتبديل…………………………… الكهربائية ,اكياس و احزمة المكانس

-2.8في حال حصول تغيير، تبديل، عبث أو حذف لرقم التسلسل على الجهاز.

-2.9الخدمات التي ال تشمل أي عطل في الجهاز أو تركيبه .في جميع هذه الحاالت يترتب على الشاري دفع كلفة الزيارة

-2.10مصاريف تنقالت الفنيين ومصاريف نقل الجهاز بعد انتهاء مدة الكفالة الشاملة

شركة هيلد وشركاه للتجارة ش م ل غير مسؤولة عن أي ضرر قد يحدث في االمالك المبنية أو عن أية مصاريف الحقة
